Diane Stinson Rudeen is the founder and managing member of Rudeen & Associates LLC. She has extensive experience in planning and managing development projects, including establishing feasibility, scoping systems, planning work, managing sprints, and scheduling effectively to get the project done. She has comprehensive analysis and design experience, including business process design and reengineering, user experience design, data modeling and database design. She is an effective facilitator who is able to assimilate information rapidly, extract business requirements, build consensus, and produce deliverables quickly. She is skilled at managing big picture plans as well as tracking all the details necessary to successfully complete technology projects. 

Stephanie Nace joined Rudeen & Associates in 2012 and works in analysis, design, testing and quality assurance. Stephanie is experienced in all phases of the system development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, documenting and analyzing current and proposed workflows, streamlining processes, user interface design, documenting and updating system specifications, sprinting, quality assurance testing, and managing the user testing and training phase. She can facilitate group meetings, mediate solutions, and resolve issues. Her commitment to quality, ability to track details, clear communication skills, and ability to learn quickly make her a valued team member.

Steve Mullins of Artesia Systems Group has worked on Rudeen projects since 1997. He is an expert database designer and developer, fluent in many technologies, with excellent design skills and clean development skills. Steve has more than 20 years experience building custom Client Server, N-Tier, Web, and GIS applications, as well as upgrading existing applications to emerging technologies. His expertise extends to data modeling, database design and implementation, and detailed design, implementation, and testing for internet and intranet enabled applications. Steve is able to build flexible, configurable, table-driven systems that automate workflow for maximum efficiency. He is a certified Microsoft Professional and has served as a technical lead on many projects.

Kevin Lewis of Olympic Consulting Group has worked on Rudeen projects since 2011. His expert web development skills, ability to architect workable solutions, and commitment to excellent results have elevated many of our projects. He has over 20 years of progressive experience delivering IT solutions using a broad set of technologies for customers in Recreation and Conservation Grant Management, Guardianship Services, Shipping, Ad Sales, HR, Employee Benefits, Financial Services, Health and Safety, Marketing and Economic Research, and Environmental Services. Kevin’s technical experience is broad and deep, he dives eagerly into new tools, and is always improving practices and methods. A collaborative team member, he provides a steady and reliable presence. He is creative, efficient, and an excellent problem-solver.

Dan Sabroe of Artesia Systems Group has worked on Rudeen projects since 2012. He is an expert-level software developer, having implemented solutions for more than 20 years using a variety of software development tools. Extensive experience building custom Web, N-Tier, and Client Server applications, as well as upgrading legacy applications to emerging technologies. In addition to programming, his expertise includes data modeling, database design and implementation, and implementation and testing for internet and intranet enabled applications. Dan is a good listener, can communicate complicated technical concepts to both technical and non-technical project members and is a great problem-solver.

Mark Clerget of Artesia Systems Group has worked on Rudeen projects since 1995. He is an expert system architect and planner with development skills in many technologies. Mark is passionate about high quality leadership, team building and mentorship in the software engineering industry. Drawing from over 20 years of successful enterprise architecture and implementation background to deliver high-value applications to organizations that fully integrate with all necessary systems and databases, including n-tiered, web, extranet and database/data-warehousing systems.

Karis Mullins of Artesia Systems Group has worked on Rudeen projects since 2019. She is a meticulous tester with good communication skills and a commitment to bug-free software.

Linnea Rudeen provides quality assurance testing support, quickly learning system requirements and project protocols. Her attention to detail and creative ideas are welcome on any of our projects. Linnea is a certified PMP project manager with experience in workforce training, secondary education, and campus operations.

Andy Thirtyacre of Artesia Systems Group brings expertise in web-based system development, database, and Microsoft Office integration. He is focused on successful project delivery and customer satisfaction, and is passionate about high-quality software development and team building. Andy is creative, collaborative, reliable and resourceful.

Amalia Kendall of Artesia Systems Group has worked on Rudeen projects since 2020. Her thorough testing and attention to detail result in clean products. A quick learner, she is highly productive and a good communicator.

Associates are an important part of Rudeen & Associates’ success! We operate in cohesive teams because many of us have worked together for years. We follow consistent procedures and have high expectations of each other. Our teams set challenging but attainable goals.  We have expertise in most popular development platforms. Even though each person has a specialty, everyone on our team is capable of covering many different aspects of a project, from design to demonstrations to documentation.
